### Security & infrastructure cookies

These cookies are set by Akamai, our CDN and security platform provider. They serve two purposes: protecting the website from automated bot threats, and measuring real-user performance at the network edge. **All Akamai cookies are injected at the network edge before the page is delivered to your browser** — they cannot be controlled via our cookie consent banner or your browser's JavaScript settings.

Because they fulfil a security and infrastructure function, they are classified as strictly necessary and do not require consent under GDPR Recital 47.

None of these cookies contain personally identifiable information. Data is processed by Akamai Technologies, Inc. under a data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
